Mesa Airlines was a product of airline deregulation. The small family-owned company started as a one airplane, one destination operation flying from Farmington, New Mexico to Albuquerque. Over its forty-three years in business, it has grown into an all-jet airline. This book traces the history of Mesa through substantial growth and various challenges.
